Cell C is pure ***
Cell C promised to resolve a query I had with them since last year. They said soon and I still don't have any feedback from them. I'm happy I have met a legal expert who is assisting me in suing Cell C after the review I posted. Since last year Cell C confirmed I had paid off my contract and will send me a paid up letter. I saved and recorded every phone call and email interaction including the number of places I was rejected credit as a result of cell c or lost employment... I've also sent the form to the ombudsman.. Anyone who has the same problem with Cell.. Please follow the same procedure.... I'm confident it will work.. And for anyone still using cell C... Grow up...
