Cell C is possibly the Worst Provider

My husband took out a contract with Cell C I then had a package of R100 a month which I apparently cannot convert to data as other providers u can, my husband changed the package to data a month 1gig as of today they debited there money I checked my balance and there is still no data I called the customer service providers first time cut me off second time promised to sort out the problem then third time promised again still not resolved now I want my money back in our account or my 1gig data TODAY. You people are quick to take money from us but where is our package from YOU. I'm so sick of dealing with *********** people it ridiculous and pathetic.
