Cell C is pathetic Really !!!

Cell C is really ****ing me off. They quick to deduct my premiums but service sucks. I have been a Cell C customer for many years, I have never missed a payment. I recently changed jobs, Called Cell C on the 5th of May telling them to change my Debit Order date because my "paydate" has changed for obvious reasons. I spoke to a lady & after much deliberation TO'in & FRO'in they finally change my debit order date to the 28th. Today I got an sms "Please note your Cell C payment will go off on the 25th, I called customer services. The lady advised me that this will only happen as of next month. I politely asked, so what about this month, there wont be any money to deduct & to my surprise the lady said its fine you can do a Direct Payment when I do have the cash .... I told her so my credit profile will show as a missed DO & I refused. I sent a letter to custserv, I called Customer Services, they gave me Head Office's number to request them to cancel my DO for this month only & I will pay via EFT for this month only ... Guess What ! nothing been done ... I'm gatvol of Cell C & I have 2 contracts with them, I spend almost R2000 p/month & this is how they treat their clients ... I will be porting my number soon to a pre-paid & this ****py contracts will not be used until they run out.
