Cell c is pathetic!

After more than a week of waiting for cell c to call me and my many calls to various different cell c departments - they have still not been able to assist me or offer insight into what’s going on with my account. This is really pathetic- I am going the extra mile to try and pay an account I have a debit order for to ensure payment and they cannot help me due to a error and system glitch on there side. They haven’t been debiting my account!!! The process is beyond pathetic, the problem doesn’t lie with consultants and agents as they cannot offer the help I need due to limitations that management have put in place, these limitations does not equip staff to help and serve nor does the implemented processes in place enable service.. Is the next step to camp outside head office and maybe they will assist and help?
