cell c is pathetic

so i have put a complaint here regarding the terrible service i recieved from cell c jhb.i had taken out 1x contract in may 2023 last year and instead the agent made a mistake and charged me for 2x...so cell c social media department rep**** here on this page saying they sorry and will call me to sort out . what a big lie ,the agent calls me tells me it will take 24 to 48hours to sort out because what they did was instead of cancelling the extra contract they ended up cancelling both which includes the 1 i initially wanted.the lady call me after 2days saying i have to pay r4000 because my contract is cancelled due to non payment,i told the lady the i have been paying and that to paying double because cell c was debiting double the amount from my bank account which i did not authorise.the agent then told me thats ***** so she will speak to her manager and to reinstate my contract .i explained to the agent that i had taken the contract in may 2023 and as of end of may for 3 months i had been charged double which i was advised by customer care agent to reverse the amount so they can charge the correct amount which went on for months which the never do.i kept calling almost every week pleadind with them because the next thing the account will go in arrears and then blame me.she then gets back to me saying the manager says i must just pay R4000.how the hell must pay so much for they mistake.i told them to charge me for the 3months although it was not my fault it was the agent whom did my contract made this mess up.i want people to know that cell c managers have no customer care skills.do not take contracts with them i am trying to get them to help since a year now.cell c is not proffessional like mtn and telkom.cell c should close down and let the real proffessionals like vodacom n mtn take over.i would never support a cell c store ever again.
