Cell C is pathetic

Worst cell phone company ever. It has been five months since my upgrade and I still have not received my new phone. Then my contract went up from R575.00 to R818.00 per month. There branch at Savana Mall in Polokwane, Limpopo (where I was told to go to) is even worse. Employees are totally *********** and unwilling to assist with the problem.
