CELL C is PATHETIC
I am absolutely appalled by the service and disgusted. My dad has been with cellc for over 20years on contract, cellc had mistakenly cancelled his contract by entering the wrong last two digits incorrectly which then led to my dads contract getting cancelled. Cellc debited my dad every month for R7000 and this incurred bank charges aswell. Thereafter they decided to cancel his contract which then led to 3 phones being barred from calls or sms. Every time we phone you escalate the issue, it never gets resolved. I’m disgusted with even the stupidity of how cellc could even cancel the wrong number and now we face the back and forth nonsense.

Please can Thabile or someone who can actually help me phone me if not legal action will be taken against cellc for not informing their customers and making their own decisions by cancelling contracts. Please get someone who’s competent enough to resolve this matter to get into contact with me

Actually what bull**** is this for me to go running around after Cellc when it was your fault last July for cancelling the wrong customers number???????????????????????????????????????? I need someone to help me urgently because quite frankly Thabile Same is useless.
