Cell C Is pathetic and incompatent

After almost 4 months and hundreds of emails, numerous phone calls, Cell C is not able or should I say Capable of locating a payment to a contract although I have send them the proof of pmt on several occasions since beginning of Feb 2021. Now that I want a refund because the contract has expired, they ignore me like a stop sign I have reported to ICASA, and they did contact Cell C but even they are being ignored. What else should I do? Maybe make a theft case at SAPS?
