Cell C is Pathetic

If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give Cell C the 1 star. My husband has been using the same cell c number for more than 10 years. However, he had a terrible ordeal where his phone was forcefully taken from him. He has been trying to do a sim swap to retrieve his number, but due to the security questions regarding the last 6numbers he dialed, he can't. I am talking about a number that is linked to anything and everything concerning his life. Yes I understand the security reasons, however even after providing personal details such as ID number and physical address, cell c still refused to somewhat assist. Now this becomes anahor inconvenience because my partner cannot even access his emails as the authentication code is sent to his Cell C number. He tried doing the Sim swap over the phone and in store but both failed.

Can cell c just assist with getting my husband is number back without having to fight for eat.
