CELL C IS PATHETIC

I bought a contract from Cell C for R500, initially. Got my first statement and realized wow I have to pay R858. I queried this and was told Sir you will have one last high bill in January. Which I paid. February statement comes through in March and now I am being told I have to pay R715. Call Center Agents attitudes suck, they are unaware of their surroundings and they take my private contact number meant for Cell C only to call me on their personal telephones. I have been running around for two months trying to get my payment to be what the contract stated. I would never recommend Cell C to anyone. Pathetic service provider
