Cell C is pathetic
Please explain to me how or what options I have to cancel my policies as I am quite frankly sick of the non service received from Cell C. Palesa works with complaints daily , this is her job description and yet she fails to update her customers. The level of service is pathetic. Money wise Cell C are *******. I want a manager to get involved in my case as this case has been unresolved since November.

We received communication from Thabo at the North-gate Mall branch on 28/12/2018 that they have been in contact with you.. He further advised that they requested you to come into the store in order to resolve the query.

28 Jan 2019, 09:31This is such untrue information. The store only called me once requested my bank statement which I sent to be refunded but to date there is no refund. The store is lying and za Palesa is aware of this cause she was informed.
