Cell C is PATHETIC

I advise anyone who is considering a Cell C contact to avoid them at all costs. From their lack of service delivery to their inflated billing against contract agreements to their unprofessional call centre agents, I have only had problems with this network. After numerous attempts to cancel or rather, discontinue my 2 year contract after the time has lapsed, I still find myself paying for a service I no longer have or use and even higher premium than when I had the service. I have requested my bank to stop immediate payment on the account but it seems that if the reference is not 100% the same each time, it will go through. Cell C never uses the exact same reference but rather an amalgamation of digits from goodness knows where.

Cell C you are *******! I will need to continuously need to keep reversing these as you get nowhere with the call centre either.
