CELL C IS PATHETIC!!

My phone was ****** on 18/09/2015. I reported my ****** phone and tried to do a sim swap. So at first they tell me I should phone the number for insurance before I can do a sim swap. BUT you can only phone that number from a Cell C number. Now how the hell I am I suppose to phone them without a Cell C sim card?!?! So eventually I got to do a sim swap. That was on Wednesday 23/09/2015. Then they told me to phone another number to activate my sim. Tried phoning it the rest of last week and nothing. Couldn't get through to them. So my sim card is still not activated. Also phoned them for insurance and they told me that I don't have insurance on my phone. But I know for a fact that I selected that option when I took out the contract. Point is, it took me a whole week to achieve NOTHING at all. I have given up!! They are completely useless and I will NEVER recommend anyone to choose Cell C whatsoever.
