I've been trying to get feedback on existing issues. I cannot use my phone because there is no signal in the middle of BROOKLYN Pretoria.

Nobody ever calls me back to give me an update. Several staff members have promised to call me back but they just don't do it?

The latest people that can't keep his promise is TASIR in Technical. Tasir promised to call me back last week. I still haven't heard from him.

Maropeng that manages the Hellopeter account is just as useless. Promise to call me back then don't???????

When I ask to speak to a supervisor or Manager they say there is no-one in at the moment. When I ask for contact numbers they tell me they can't give out direct lines.

Can someone with authority please call me back ASAP'
