Cell C is number worst customer service provider in RSA

I am a regular airtime user on the Cell C network, yet I am not treated fairly. I accidentally duplicated my airtime and data expenses this month on the same number. I contacted the Cell C call centre to request a refund or explore alternatives to preserve my airtime, but I was told there was nothing they could do to assist me. After this disappointing experience, I reconsidered my plans to sign a new contract with them.
