Cell c is now a ****

Cell c is playing games with me, ive been here before they pretended to have fixed my case but no. Still on my second contracts that has two phones. The o84 number after they confirmed that indeed i called in September to cancel, but october they renewed my contract without my knowledge(*****ulently) they also confirmed that i was not suposes to be billed November since the contract ended month before. They couldn't reverse my money they debited in Nov so i received it myself then paid for 1 phone the amount due according to statement. Last week they blocked my phones claiming that i should pay the amount for a cancelled phone that's on prepaid as we speak, they r no longer sending me the statement even, ****mers of the year. I layed another complained and never received a single phone call and im getting paid Wednesday they will debit again this ****mers and i will reverse it this is my money i work too hard for, the thank you i get from porting my number to them since 2015 been renewing my contracts till last year loyal client of 7 full years, they thanking me with a plat full of ****
