CELL C is not your ordinary pilferer, there incompitence is now costing me my state of mental health

<p>I am at the brink of a nervouse break down due to cell c and there incompentance.</p> <p>I have been fighting and arguing since May of this year to cancel my contract and reduce my contracts to there basic cost ( no data bundles, no airtime etc). This month i receive a bill with all these inclusions still on. I have changed my banking details which they have used for the past two month but they still debiting old account for one contract and new account for one contract ( how dumb do you get) . Please tell me can CELL C not do IQ tests for there staff so us innocent people dont have to suffer with the stupid people employed by CELL C. Somone need to help me with what i can do. I have now incurred back charges to my account, a bad credit record, numerous harrasing calls from Cell C for payment..... i am disgusted at there lack of intellegence, sympathy for their clients and customer service. CELL C is a disasters company and should be fined or something needs to be done. </p> <p> </p>
