Cell C is not responding to my case

It been months now and Cell C does not respond to me or assist me with a clearance letter. Someone had **********ly open an account using my details and I reported the matter last year but to date my name is not cleared and I can not even open any account regarding this. The Case no. is *** ). I have written to Helo Peter before but not assisted to date.
