Cell C is not for their customers

I'd like to share my experience with Cell C.

I took out a contract in the year 2018, it was paid in full by the end of 2021.

However, on my credit record, it is still appearing as a debt.

I have been calling and speaking to multiple consultants in order to obtain POP. In total i have spoken to 14 consultants, none of which were able to help me.

Additionally, I have sent several emails to the customer query email address provided on the cell c website. All I receive are reference numbers and absolutely no feedback.

I cannot begin to explain how this is impacting me as a year is a long time especially when you have paid your account fully and received absolutely no feedback or help in order to resolve the problem.

The managers and supervisors are always busy, they never have time to take a call, I mean I tried 14 times, and not once was a manager available to take my call.

In my experience, when owing or missing a payment, you will receive at least 3 calls daily reminding you to make a payment, however when the tables are turned you now have to wait a year to get proof that an account is settled is really settled ?!
