Cell c is nonsense

Cell c called me to offer me a wifi in July I accept their offer on the 19 of July they debit R104. 02 month of July debit again R321. 56 and month of August R731 when I query they said is the prorighter for the wifi I told them that R104. 02 was debit they put me on hold more than any hour I give up recently I upgraded my contract the lady told me that I'm going to pay the same amount this month I got the massage that I'm going to pay R923. 56 when I call the lady told me that my premium increase and I was never told now I have same problem that I experienced other year with cell c I want to cancel all my contract they promise to call me within 48 hours no one call me ref ***
