Cell C is no longer an option to provide mobile services

Cell C confirmed my roaming is enabled. When visiting Mozambique for three days last week, roaming was not working for all three days. This network clearly can no longer support its customers with the required service. Especially since they moved their clients on to Vodacom and MTN networks.
