Cell C is no good in canceling any contract and have no communication skills

We have had the worst of the worst with Cell C these people have no clue how to communicate with each other what not to say with a costumer,we had 2 contracts with them whene the time came to cancel them we did that the way they told us to do we the got a bille for the one phone that was now on pre paid we went in and ask why not both was canceled witch they rep**** o do you wat to cancel both so then we had to pay another 2 moths with a debt order they created and canceled after it was paid fast foward from 2021 to 2022 Nov we found out they never closed it and we had to pay another 351.99 and we asked for paid up letter witch we got on 11 January 2023 after the credit burro steped in,all was fine till now when the Attorneys started to phone us for the same amount and same contract that cell c never told the Attorneys was paid up and we have the paidup letter so what happend the Attorneys yet again placed my fiance on the credit burro list for the second time for the same contract for the same amount,I'm so fed up with Cell c for there *********** and lack of communication that I have turned to hallopeter for help with them. They are a very bad company and I will never ever again do any business with them and will also tel all my friends an family to never go for any phones to them at all
