cell c IS NO GOOD

Quick to accept payment but cant refund what is owed, every time I call in I go through the same process. Its been 4 months now and I have already used so much FKN money on airtime I don't even know if its worth it trying to get my money back. cell c, you are a disappointment.

You people are a joke, I cant believe that you are now using this platform to attend to queries, if this is the case then please save yourself some money and shut down the call center, maybe then you wont have issues paying money back. I don't want you to take this the wrong way but this is not how I pictured things playing out.
