Cell C is **** network
Been using the network for 6yrs it keeps on getting worse everyday I decided to port out on 9 July 2025 they delay my request started calling offering me contract which I refuse they didi cancel my number from the network A week later bi repeated the request then cell c took 24hrs to respond instead of 1 to 4 hrs
I followed their process on porting out but they still didn't cut my number from the network instead they topped up my number with R5 when I called the customer service demanded for me to pay they're money so tht they stop my number
I feel ****med and not respected why not cutting my number then later load airtime after a day I requested to port out
I cannot pay the 5r which was loaded without out my request they started saying I activated it which I've done and never received outo top before it happened when I want port my number out

So here it goes I requested a port out on the 14 of July around 3pm cell c response on the 15 of July time at 11h 50 then kept my number until 7pm on the 15 they decided to load airtime on my number
I promised her tht I'll rather take this case to Ombudsman and consumer protection she told me to go a head
Thank you cell c for terrorising me and keeping me with yo
I'm not fight for the amount of money but level of customer service and respect from the network

On 15 of July I went to telkom for confirmation I was told to wait for cell c to shut tht number
Which u guys didn't own up to it untl I didn't have any credit on my number as I was advuce by telkom to keep clean with credits I did tht
If cell c had cut off my from 11h50 of 15 why is telkom at fault I want out of this network it's a **** considering tht I had 2 simcards from you guys it's shame
Being binded on to the dying horse by force yes I'm taking my complain to icasa, consumer service
Cell c delayed my porting with the aim to **** 5r from me
As I said time wasted by the service provider cell c would've avoided this issue
