CELL C is messing up my credit profile

I had an issue with Cell C from March. I did speak with a consultant and we resolved the issue, they explained about the extra fee they were deducting. I paid the fees and forwarded them the POP. However, they are now messing up my credit profile cos it shows that I am in Arears for 3 Months month now including May. THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE
