Cell C is messing my credit record
I am writing this to complain about Cell C. Last year someone **********ly opened an account (Contract) at Cell C using my details. Cell C than kept on debiting from my account until I reported the matter with them. They promised that they will intervene and they opened a case (case number ***). But till to date when I apply for other thing I am not approved since my credit record shows that I am owing Cell C. I went to their shop at Carton Centre but I was not assisted.

10 Mar 2022, 14:40@ Cell C why is it taking forever for the ***** Department to get back to me. This case was reported last year and I was told by your consultant that the documents that I submitted last year were lost and I must submit new document. I submitted on Monday and today it is Thursday with no feedback. When I make follow ups I am told to wait for 14 working days. Cell C is just unprofessional
