Cell C is making working from home impossible!
Cell C 4days and no wifi still. I have lodged complaints telephonically and via facebook! Cell C my fibre is off since 1 January 2021. Reference number is :Support Tickets ISP-265645. Please assist. You are making working from home impossible.
The same situation happened on 7/12/2020 and I had to wait a week for you to fix.
Fix my fibre or I move networks.
End of January you want to be paid but I had no wifi and received bad service.
Your service is RIDICULOUS .
On your facebook page there is so many complaints and customers saying you don't get back to them. I agree, you just don't care. No wonder the company is in trouble.
