cell c is lying and *****ing

On two different occasion's I have been to the following cell c stores 1st was on 16 December 2015 at Shelly centre in Shelly beach and 2nd was today 19 December 2015 at Galleria mall in Amanzimtoti I bought 3 cell c simcards 1 from Shelly centre and 2 from Galleria mall stores to preform sim swaps with my irrespective cell c numbers as the simcards I have are old and malfunctioning in both the stores their staff tell me I can phone the customer care for assistance with the sim swaps but to no avail the response is the same everytime we can't assist and u have to go back to the irrespective stores I feel that is unacceptable and that their staff is untrained why do I have to go back to the same store for assistance when the stores staff has told me clearly to phone the customer care this is unacceptable and cell c should rather close their doors and sell their customers back to the other networks that will look after these clients much better
