Cell C is killing my credit score

Cell C doesn't debit my account at the end of the month as agreed on my contract. I query this with their customer support every month and sent an email regarding this but it happens every month. My account only gets paid after I query it.. This resulted in two missed payments on my credit report thus far.. This is unacceptable and I will not accept Cell C tarnishing my credit score..
