CELL C IS JUST NOT THE NETWORK PROVIDER TO BE SUGGESTED!!
Really terrible experience with Cell C direct. I placed my order over 3 and a half weeks ago and still have not received my order after I was told I would have my order within 3 days! Really would not recommend Cell C in future. What makes it worse is I get told that they would contact me numerous times after I have to phone in and still dont get contacted back. I think I will be canceling all my contracts with Cell C and rather go to another network provider.

I also was told now last week when I had to contact your sales team that the color of the phone I wanted was not in stock, and then got told that I ordered a burgundy color when I specifically ordered a black one. My frustration is that I keep getting told I will receive my device shortly. I dont know how many times a have been told by Masumola, the sales agent that has tried helping me, that my order has been escalated and will be resolved shortly. I also get told by him that he will contact me by days end, and 3 days later I am phoning him to find out what is going on. I keep getting told that I will be contacted, yet I am the one phoning in to follow up. Really un-professional. I also run my own business and it frustrates me when I have to take the time to follow up on my order. Just last week Friday I was told that they were sending my parcel with a 3rd party delivery partner of yours. Now to be told again that you dont even have stock!! Im highly disgusted that I have to keep following up and fixing my order. I hope my delivery address has been changed as per my conversation with Masumola on Friday.
