Cell C is just ***********

Hi<br> <br> I app**** for a Contract phone and WIFI router at Cellc, after providing them with all the necessary information the sales consultant (Tsepang Mole) that was assisting me told me they will deliver within a week. After a week i got my delivery and that delivery was a WIFI Router and the guy who delivered said i should expect my phone the following day. A day passed, a week passed and i got no response from them until i wrote a report on hello peter and they responded however the unfortunate part is that they told me the reason they cant deliver my phone is because they they havent validated my work phone number but that is so strange cos i gave them the number and my question is how did they manage to deliver the router if it wasnt validated. I need a new phone and i no longer want neither their phone nor their router.<br> Their service is just ****, when you call them they make empty promises and you/I see no developments on this matter. I just wanna cancel this contract and look for better service somewhere. My question is how do i cancel this because i urgently need a new phone and from my observation Cellc will never deliver.<br> <br>
