Cell C is *********** its consumers

After posting here on Hellopeter on my experience with Cell C, their agent did finally contact me and tried to explain to me how it got to a point whereby they are saying i owe them 8k and it was really shocking as to what they said was the issue.

according to Cell C they suspended my account in September due to non payment which was caused by me quiring their bill which did not add up. but now after suspending the line apparently they have been loading benefits on both sim cards which were suspended since september till January. How do u load benefits on a suspended sim knowing very well that the consumer will not be able to access those? Finally they proceded to hand over the accounts to their attorneys without even issuing me with a termination letter or any other communication.
