Cell C is *********** from the top they don't have proper systems in place sies

I'm quite unhappy with cell C, I'll never ever take any of their products in future, I took a cell C contract 2018 November, I paid the contract until 2020 December 23rd of which the last payment was 6 hundred and a few rands to cater for the cancellation 30 notice period which was until the 23rd of January 2021 from which the number Will be converted to prepaid indeed on the 23rd the number became prepaid but one of their *********** staff members didn't update on the system. I have been explaining the same thing to their consultants, everytime I explain they indeed check on their system and agree with what I'm saying and everytime they'll escalate it to I don't know who...my point is I'm ****ed with explaining myself every day twice or thrice over their incompetence.
