If it was possible to score a 0 I would, this company has bee giving me a run around when I want to cancel a contract. I wanted an upgrade (which I app**** for on 24 January 2022, no one called and nothing was delivered. I saw they aren't serious and wanted to rather cancel everything and now after I have been made to wait for 2 business days for a callback with regard to reversal of the order (a long week later of no call) they say the phone was delivered. To whom? I have no clue. I called collections and they dropped the phone on me.
