Cell C is in the PITS

Cell C is the worst service provider out there. On the 29th of March, I booked my phone with them for repairs. They promised they would call me back once the booking was achieved, but they never did. Fifteen days after dropping off the phone, I called for a status or feedback update. The lady I spoke to was incredibly rude; she said I should call again after 21 working days and then abruptly ended the call.

Yesterday, on the 26th of April, I called Cell C again and was routed to the repairs department. They informed me that they had never received any phone from Springs Mall Cell C that matches my description. I asked what this meant, given that it had been a month (20 business days), and she rep**** that she didn't know and suggested I call Springs Mall Cell C. So, I did. At Springs Mall, they also couldn't locate the phone; they didn't even know if it had been collected or not. The service at that branch is **********; customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a priority there.

Please, Cell C, locate my phone. I'm tired of calling your *********** staff who seem to have little understanding of their job responsibilities.
