Cell C is impossible

Cell c is so impossible. I give up. I just can't. After over 10 years of rolling my contract with them, this what I get. They really forcing me this 24 months contract that I did not agree to. Now that I was able to listen to the recording and provided details on what I discussed with the consultant and guided them throughout on the recordings where I disagreed with the terms, there is another call recording where a different person also called for the same contract on a different date. I took the same contract a on the 28 March and 22 June. Wow!! How is this even possible? And I need to make time to go listen to the recording, at the store. I have been to the store 2 times already.
