Cell c is **** I'm sorry to say

Hi I lost my phone on Saturday. Today trying to do simswap and failing one question when last did I recharge. I don't remember when last I recharge as I don't recharge that phone anymore since I owe extra money and have not been fortunate to pay it back. When I called they said since I don't remember that recharge date question must take my ID and new sim go to cell c and do it there. I come from maponya Mall they also gave me same **** answer. Time wasted and money wasted to go to maponya only to be told what I was told already on the phone. So cell c u say I must loose everything under my number change everything under my number because you fail to assist with simswap because of one question and other questions are correct. Aiii shem your process is ****ed up. I'm really disappointed. I'm hurt because of the mugging stressing I lost my phone and again I should be stressing over a simple thing sim swap aiii shem .
