CELL C IS HORRIBLE
This company is horrible. I canceled my contract with Cell C in October 2020. They are still deducting monies via debit order from my account each month. I have been calling the customer care on a monthly basis to sort this out. According to them my account has been canceled...THEN WHY DO THEY KEEP TAKING MY MONEY???

I have nothing outstanding on my Cell C account!!!!!!
I refer to my call center call dated 14 October 2020. I paid the exact amount that was given to me and requested that Cell C cancel my account. This issue was referred to your back offices in April 2021 after Cell C started deducting money from my account. They found that I requested to cancel my contract however the amount paid was short R460.
I referred the issue back to your back offices in April 2021 and they found that I had paid the correct amount that was provided to me. They even said they would refund me the cancellation fee of R300. However, instead of refunding me they kept deducting R123 from my account from April 2021.
Each month I have to reverse this debit order with my bank since it is unauthorized. Cell C keeps changing the amount outstanding. For the month of July it was R249.
Please get your facts right. I do not ow Cell C anything!!
STOP TAKING MY MONEY! AND STOP TELLING ME I OW CELL C MONEY!
THIS IS GOING TO CAUSE THAT I GET A BAD CREDIT RECORD AFTER I HAVE DONE MY PART AND PAID CELL C MORE THAT ENOUGH MONEY!
