CELL C is HELL I TELL YOU DON'T EVEN GO THERE

POOR AND VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! My mom they stole her bag there by Protea Glen mall there was Phones inside but I went there by Wednesday 31 March to buy sim card they don't even open on time they were dragging their feet they came to the door after I have knocked to ask aren't they opening? they told me about conducting Stocktaking there wasn't even a note written of apology about inconvenience caused they said I must come back after 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I came back I bought sim card for sim swap and I loaded also Airtime I tried to do sim swap by customer care they said I failed question I must go back to the store, I went to the Store with my Mom 3rd April they practically refuse to do Sim swap for her saying they didn't have sim card which is ridiculous how can the whole store without sim card ? They are not even sho they will have sim card again they say probably next week. Am saying here is the sim card I bought it here two days back still they refused after My Mom used Cell C for such a long time. She is waiting for communication from Home affairs from that sim card but they she must stay weeks without a phone TOTALLY POOR SERVICE EVEN THE MANAGEMENT THEY NOT TAKING THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.
