Cell C is Hell

The only thing that works at Cell C are the cleaners. The rest of the people there must be taken and put back to home affairs. You have to go through loops to get a paid up letter. I called Cell C a month before my salary pay date changed, requesting debit order dates be updated. This was not done, now a month I have a default!!! Now requesting their alleged legal department to get a letter stating that my account is paid up to date is like pulling teeth. Nobody has come back to me even on this. A simple letter!!! WHY DID I EVER TAKE THIS CONTRACT OUT WITH CELL C!!?!?!?
