CELL C is getting WORSE THAN TELKOM CALL CENTER

I called Cell C call center in the beginning of June 2018 and was told to pop in one of their walking branches where I told them what I need to cancel my contract and only to be told that they do not do it, I need to call the call center, however they took my details and told me they will follow up with call center. One month later I call the call center to find out was the cancellation done I was told they do not even have my profile or that I never called in to cancel, however I was told to go back to the branch where I called again, log the call again. They give me the run around by telling me they will listen to my calls made to the call center. Last week I called again and was told they will come back to me I even spoke to the Supervisor SIPHOKAZI in RETENTION where she also took it upon herself to call me back but, hey the same old CELL C stance on not to take there clients seriously never called me. I am now lost for words.
