Cell C is getting on my last nerve

When I was doing my ITC check, I found out that a cell c account was open in my name without my consent. I contacted cell c they adviced that I send some documents forward. Which I comp****. Now it’s been over 4 months and they still have not removed my name from credit bureaus. I have done numerous follow up, I get no response from them. I’m really getting tired of this as it has delayed so many things because of this record.
