Cell c is full of Sh!!t
What a disappointment with a big company like Cell c, I lost my phone and number, I called customer care tell the operator I don't remember last three dial number and certainly not sure when last I recharge my account, instead of suggesting any other options she told me to wait 30 days to call again which is ridiculous!!!
I ask her to email me my billing statement which will help me pass the stupid questionnaire however she cant send out emails only external coms.
At the store is even worse because you have to fill the stupid form with last Five number dialled/called.... Sick.

As per RICA legislation we can only assist you with a SIM swap if the number is in your name and was being actively used by you. You also need to pass the mandatory security check before we can action the SIM swap for you.
