Cell c is forcing to change my network *** to reach me

Im so forced to change my numbers that ive been using for years as customer care agents they cant assist as i dont pass their security check as im trying to explain that my phone was not working for 2 months hence their machine can even verify that my phone is been out of service for 2 moth which means i cant keep my numbers anymore and ive been here before if they can check .
