CELL C IS FORCING ME TO PAY THEM DOUBLE

I would like to inform the public that Cell C is a bad Network, I paid my Cell C contract on 21 August 2017 amount was R352.91, emailed them my slip to ********** more than 6 times, I even went to the Cell C store at Gateway Shopping Mall located at Umhlanga Rocks, Durban with my proof of payment and an Indian guy emailed it to the same email address but my line is still SUSPENDED and they keep on saying I have to make payment. They don't even care that I never missed the payment for the past 24 Months, One of my contract is about to end and I won't renew it. "WARNING TO CELL C- Don't call me to say I need to renew/upgrade my contract, because I would be swearing one way" Please have a look at my attached proof of payment.
