Cell C is Fking shyyyyyt........!!!!!

So on July 24 2 debit orders went off my account of R1978 and it clearly show’s that On my bank statement.I have called/emailed Cellc and they said to send my bank statement to proofofpayment@cellc After 3 days I send a follow up and just get a new reference number and again an again I send e follow up and call and they just say someone will get back to me .Like usual I never get a response back from cell C but they are very fking fast to send a message that my account will be block (But they have *********** people that cant even do a simple task ffs) I again called cell C and spoke to Mandisa Mlaba she then sent me her email and Said ahe will escalate this problem,Guess what she didn’t all she did was sent my another reference number that I also followed up after 3 days and again got a new reference number Now my contract is blocked because once again cell c dit not do their job ,Someone probably tried to pocket that money and thought I would not notice anything...........!!!!!!!
