Cell C is *******
I bought a cellphone with Cell C. I did not use the cell c sim. Now i lost the phone that was insured all im asking is for them to block the device and give me ITC number. They cannot help they taking me from pillst to post not even the branch (walk in ) could not help. Cell C is really not the best and they proove it all the time they given a chance

In an instance where the device was not bought from Cell C but a Cell C SIM card was being used on that device when it was lost, we would need to assist with blacklisting the device.
Please confirm the number that was lost with the device and the date it was lost for us to assist, provided this was a Cell C number.
