Cell C is False and Misleading

I've been trying to reach cell c to cancel a contract but no one answers, I was told to phone 084143 then the machine says press option 2 for cancelations, you press 2 and nothing happens, I tried over and over again and again CELL C PLEASE PHONE ME AS YOU ARE COSTING ME MORE AND MORE MONEY
