cell c is failing to resolve a problem created by them.

<div>cell c sold me a data contract and did not tell me that my sim card will no longer make or receive calls. its nearly a month now i am failing to be assisted so that i can make calls on my sim. i have made to move from pillar to post with regard to this matter. if the consultant had told me i would have requested for a new sim card. i am losing a lot on my business and studies as the sim is not making any calls. i have been asking to be linked with the agent that sold me the contract but it hasnt happened. iam frustrated. please help me</div>
