Cell C is failing to adhere to my request to cancel my contract.

Hi,

Cell C is failing to adhere to my request to cancel my contract.

I phoned customer support to cancel my contract, but they rep**** they couldn't help me and I need to go to a cell C store with ID and proof of address.

I went to the store in Kolonnade, and the store representative said they cannot cancel contracts and I need to phone customer services. I mentioned to her that I was instructed to go to a store for the cancellation. This is when the store representative phoned customer service on my behalf. Again they rep**** I need to go to a store and the repersender told the person that she cannot assist me and he needs to. He told me I need to email Bonthuys to assist me or give them permission to cancel this.

I did send an email to the address given and it bounced back, with the reply that the email does not exist. This is the third email I'm sending and third week with no response from Cell C's consumer services, only emails which I need to rate their services but I didn't have any feedback or assistance yet. This means I will need to pay for another month for a contract I no longer want.

Please escalate this, I would like to cancel this contract. I just need someone to give feedback or to assist me with my request.
